Service rude staff Brittany Moss is rude we stood at the outside services desk and was over looked by her several times when a white lady walked up without an Appt she Brittany Moss is rude we stood at the outside services desk and was over looked by her several times when a white lady walked up without an Appt she asked her may I help you she asked do u have an Appt the lady replied no mind u we had an Appt and the ladies vehicle was services before ours with an 11:45 Appt and yes she received the same service we did an oil change and also after over an hour I looked outside and my car was just sitting so I ask if it was ready Brittany said after I assist there customers I'll be right with you we'll long story short the cashier had to get our paper work I will not be back to this establishment. A young blonde lady checked us in we never saw her again. More
