It was the superb level of service from the customer service rep that convinced me to visit Hare. My sales specialist, Jon, capped off what can be described as one of the fastest and best experiences I've had in buying a car. Jon's concern was making sure I purchased the right car not his commission. I was really impressed by the whole experience from beginning to end. Thanks Jon and Hare. More

Meh When I scheduled my appointment I advised the the receptionist of the services I would need and asked if I would be able to have them done within the When I scheduled my appointment I advised the the receptionist of the services I would need and asked if I would be able to have them done within the same appointment. I was advised that it would not be an issue. I get to my appointment advise the guy who checked me in my concerns he tells me no problem. Well, Tony (who is always awesome to work with) comes in gives me info on my vehicle and then lets me know that they wouldn't be able to repaint my bowties due to some changes and that I would have to go to the collision center. At this point I'm irritated because I advised the receptionist and the check in guy of my needs and neither said it would be an issue. Whatever, I call the collision center and spoke with the receptionist there and was advised that before she could tell me anything I would need to come in. So after I was done getting my oil change I go to the collision place and am greeted by pure silence .. awesome. I find a guy who can was nice enough to direct me to the Shawn (the manager) I tell Shawn my issue and he says dryly "yeah, when do you want it done?" (WITHOUT having to "see it first") and then advises me that he'll need my car for an entire day and explains to me the process. He didn't have any appointments on my days off and the location is not at all convenient for me to try an arrange on a scheduled workday. I normally make it a point to go back to Hare for my services, because of the service; however this time I walked away feeling like I could get that if not better from anywhere. More
