Good afternoon! We are very sorry to hear about your frustrations while trying to get your bow ties re-painted. Previously, we did have a procedure in place to be able to get those done onsite at our dealership. However, that was recently changed and it must be done at our Collision Center, as you stated above. The process to paint bow ties has also changed. Instead of being able to apply one coat of paint, it now requires multiple coats for it do be done correctly and to last. We do understand that it is a big change from the previous process but we assure you it is for better quality for our customers! We would like to do whatever we can to take care of this situation for you and to have the opportunity to earn your business back.
