Bad service Hare Chevrolet is nothing but a rip off they only want is your money I was supposed to have a brand new engine put in in April of 2016 well so I figu Hare Chevrolet is nothing but a rip off they only want is your money I was supposed to have a brand new engine put in in April of 2016 well so I figured that's what they did so my truck broke down in December of 2016 so I figured it was still be under warranty but they said it wasn't because of Hare Chevrolet service people Dayton that they took the brand new fuel injectors off of the new engine that was put in in April and put my used fuel injectors in the new engine so I had to pay 720 some dollars 4 the parts in the repair then three days later I'm having a sack same problems I took it to another mechanic they said my injectors is never been changed so I contacted GM Motors I talked to two different people and both times they stated that there is nothing on the VIN number I gave them for my truck shows that there's ever been an engine put in my truck so the second lady contacted Hare Chevrolet is she put me on hold and I was on hold for maybe 10 minutes or so she came back and said that Jim stated that they never put an engine in and 2016 the only thing he stated that was done was the fuel injectors the funniest thing is I have the receipt showing that they said they put a new engine in my truck also GM Motors staden if it is a brand new engine they should have never took the parts off everything should have been place the way it was so I'm in the process of trying to get a lawyer to see if I can sue Hare Chevrolet I would never recommend nobody to go to Hare Chevrolet More

Expensive Oil change I had purchased a 3 year service contract. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Upon my arrival I was informed that the contract had expire I had purchased a 3 year service contract. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Upon my arrival I was informed that the contract had expired 2 ago. They were unwilling to extend the deadline and then charged over $50 for a simple oil change which included an $8 coupon. I accept my responsibility for not having marked my calendar with the expiration date; however, an email or phone call from someone letting me know my contract was about to expire would have been a nice gesture and gone a long way to improving my opinion of this service department. In addition in the past an oil change included a wash but their car wash was out of service so I didn't even get that. More

60,000 Mile Service I dropped my truck off to have the scheduled maintenance performed. The offered "special" wasn't the best option for my vehicle and Travis helped me p I dropped my truck off to have the scheduled maintenance performed. The offered "special" wasn't the best option for my vehicle and Travis helped me pick and choose the services that were most needed. He was very friendly, helpful, and assured me that my vehicle would be worked on as quickly as possible. I used another dealership much closer to my house for services in the past but Hare is my new go-to Chevy dealership even though it is almost 20 miles out of my way. Keep up the great work! More
