My 24-year old daughter purchased her first car this week and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the application process and prompt responses to our concerns Theo's service was excellent. We purchased the exact car she wanted. Theo went above and beyond to ensure that she understood the car buying process and alleviated any concerns she had about financing. He took the time to help her get comfortable with her new car. We left the dealership with her On-Star enrollment complete and a solid overview of all the car's features. When we had questions about the quality of the car itself, Theo asked the Used Car Sales Manager to speak with us. He thoroughly explained the complete review each used car undergoes to the point that we were completely confident that we were making an excellent purchase. We were given a tour of the facility, including the Service Department by Ally. She also explained all of the service packages and available accessories for the car. We felt like we were given the VIP treatment. Purchasing a car can be an overwhelming experience. I can't think of a car buying experience that was better. More
