Service department experience I wanted to take advantage of the complimentary car was which included inside and outside.cleaning, topping off fluids, and checking tire pressures. I I wanted to take advantage of the complimentary car was which included inside and outside.cleaning, topping off fluids, and checking tire pressures. I was very specific about the psi amount for my tires due to it being winter time. To make a long story short, the car was not vaccum on the inside, fluids were not topped off, one of my brand new tires was over inflated which I called to let the shop know the vehicle was driving differently less then 5 minutes after leaving the shop. I was told that is a normal reaction after putting air in the tires (as if I didn't know better). It caused me to have a blow out about 30 minutes after leaving the shop. I called to speak with management who didn't return my call for over a week later. Instead of trying to work with me or meet me half way in replacing my tire, he was more concerned with defending the workers in the service dept. On top of that he tried to sale me a new tire as a replacement for $170 and told me that is at a discount price. After speaking to management a couple of other times about the incident, I realized he was stuck on trying to sale me this tire and was not letting up off it. I just count it as a lost. I continue to get emails about other offers/ deals from the service dept but I refuse to let them do anything else to my vehicle even if it is free. I am so disappointed and would not recommend anyone to take third car to their service dept. More

My previous experiences in car-buying were always a long, drawn out process that were lack-luster by the time I drove off the lot. That being said, my experience at Hare was the exact opposite of previous dealerships. Kelsie was extremely helpful with my truck purchase. She made the sale quick, pleasant, and seamless. Every step of the process was timely and she left no stone unturned when it came to getting me the best deal. Buying my truck felt like more of a customer experience than it did a sale. I can't speak on behalf of the other salespeople, but I would highly recommend Kelsie to anyone searching for a new or used car. 5 stars; only because 6 isn't an option! More
