What other salespeople (for example, Corbin Richards) lack in expertise/courtesy, Wayne makes up for with genuine interest in his customers and unmatched knowledge of a wide range of vehicles. Quick story: When searching for my new Chevy Malibu, I was originally greeted by Corbin. He was clearly attempting to flirt his way to a sale, as I did not often see him calling elderly men "dear" and "sweetheart." While Corbin attempted to back my friend and I into a corner (assuming we knew nothing about vehicles because we are women), Wayne came over and asked if there was anything he could help us with. We were thrilled to take this opportunity to peruse the available vehicles with a knowledgeable, professional salesperson who treated us with the respect we deserved. Wayne even profusely apologized for the behavior of the other salesman and offered us an extra few car washes for emotional hardship. All in all, once meeting Wayne this was an excellent experience. Not an even trade I turned in a wonderful 4 wheel car with a lot of extras and low mileage and what I got was a smaller car with only front wheel drive and not much els I turned in a wonderful 4 wheel car with a lot of extras and low mileage and what I got was a smaller car with only front wheel drive and not much else, plus the car was basically used in that it already had 3100 miles on it and smelled like someone had been storing cheeseburgers in it. Corbin listened to what I needed and put me in a 2016 aND now my payments are actually less than my 2005. We were the last ones there but everyone stayed to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Corbin stated and showed me how to work the features in my car. I have never been treated so well at a dealership.I will be back for a second car. More
