VW Bug purchase Our internet purchase of a VW Bug was quick and easy. We were quickly contacted by Amanda and Corbin following our internet contact. Corbin answered q Our internet purchase of a VW Bug was quick and easy. We were quickly contacted by Amanda and Corbin following our internet contact. Corbin answered questions quickly and was very helpful. The vehicle was delivered to us, 6 hours away, within a week of our initial contact. The windshield had a small crack, which was likely caused during transit on the flatbed. The dealership quickly overnighted us a check for the repair. Other than that, the vehicle was just as described. The car was a surprise our daughter, and everyone, including the delivery driver, made sure the secret was kept until delivery. All paperwork was quickly overnighted before delivery and they also covered return of documents. We received a couple of follow-up calls to make sure everything was well. We also received a small thank you gift, following purchase. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and this was our 3rd internet purchase. Hare could set an example for dealerships in our local area, who are not as customer-oriented. More
