Treated like I was the only one that showed up Brought my car in for a recall and to check tire pressures. Everyone was either on the phone with customers or with customers face to face. A young man (I believe his name was Logan) came up to me and told me one of the advisors will be with me shortly. I waited a little longer and he came back and told me he can get some basic information from me and my vehicle that way I can go sit in the lounge and not wait any longer. Once he got the information he needed, he said he will have an advisor type up a repair sheet, then he or the advisor will come in shortly to have me sign a repair form. Once my car was done, I was told my car should be outside. I went outside and didn't see my car. Logan was walking the lot and noticed I've been waiting for a while. He asked if I was waiting for my car and I told him I've been waiting for about 5-7 minutes. He said he will try and find where my car is and about 2 minutes later, he finds it and pulls it up. Thank you Logen for assisting me from when I arrived to leaving the dealership. More
