I now understand why - because they treat their customers well. They found us the used car we wanted and finally at the price and payment we wanted and needed. We had a follow up visit for service and was treated great. Its sometimes intimidating as a woman to have car service completed. I was able to work in their business center while they took care of my issue. I especially appreciated our sales person and service advisor. It was a long drive from Avon to Noblesville but worth it. I would recommend! More

AS BAD AS IT GET'S (RUN) Do not buy your next car here they are dishonest and will sell you a bad car they put me in a used 2013 Chevy Cruze it has bad vibration and the front Do not buy your next car here they are dishonest and will sell you a bad car they put me in a used 2013 Chevy Cruze it has bad vibration and the front bumper has been painted and is peeling they deny any accidents and then the front driver side tire upon removing the tire looks like there has been junk yard parts put on this car they told us it would be a 3 year lease we put a 1000 down left without any contract had to return with another 500 for the remaining down payment and at that time they gave me a contract which was for 5 years I said no this is not a new car or what the sale lady said it would be give me my money back I can go some where else the man said NO I already took the car it's now my car and obligation to fulfill the contract or I would ruin my credit more and have legal issues to resolve now I don't know what to do don't go there they are dishonest and will sell you a lemon they need to be stopped this is not how to treat honest people they will also pull your credit so much it's crazy I have over 30 plus inquires they did to my credit so many different workers that I have been put with at Hare and that I don't even know there names or what department there with they still don't want to make things right and ignore my calls they will never get my business again More

Through the entire process he was able to keep me smiling and make me laugh - which is saying something considering I'm not a very patient person.
