Purchased a vehicle here before, but never again!!! I was very disappointed with Hare Chevrolet. Having purchased a vehicle from you all before, I was expecting the same great service that my wife and I I was very disappointed with Hare Chevrolet. Having purchased a vehicle from you all before, I was expecting the same great service that my wife and I received the first time (Sept. 2014). This was absolutely NOT the case. We were given the runaround, pitched vehicles and deals that were not at all what we were interested in, and finally we were ignored for 3 days!! Literally had to keep calling our sales person who assured us he "was working on it" or "waiting on the banks." The informed me that I had a credit freeze, which was not the case they were just inputting my personal information wrong during the credit app process. I only know this because I literally reached out the customer service departments of two of the finance companies to find out what was going on. All in all, I am COMPLETELY disappointed in this dealership. The only thing positive thing that came out of this was while I was "waiting on the bank" for those few days we saw a Honda of Fishers commercial on TV. We are now the very proud owners of a brand new 2016 Honda Pilot EX. Some of the very same banks that your finance department received "denials" for were all of a sudden providing us with approvals at a dealership down the street. I have nothing but great things to say about Honda of Fishers customer service, and the entire process only took about 4 hours (which included an hour test drive and vehicle demo). I would not recommend Hare Chevrolet to my friends and family. I wish this was not the case. More

Now onto the good. Dealing with Grant Davis was a pleasure. He worked with me to make the deal happen and made sure the truck was ready and even helped with the financing on short notice to make sure I could travel to get the truck. Grant made this purchase a pleasure, just as it should be. Bryan Matthews did the finance and finished the deal paperwork. It was a pleasure to deal with Bryan, He was informative about all of my options with regards to the New truck and financing. The rate and payment options he gave me where better then my own bank. I was unexpectedly surprised by everyone at Hare Chevrolets friendliness and ability to make the buying experience what is was meant to be. Thanks, Glenn More
