I wanted to get everything done the same day I already knew what I was looking for and felt rushed out the door because it was an hour before closing. I don't understand why would they set and appointment so late if they wouldn't be able to do anything. Next day came back to purchase the vehicle felt very pressured and rushed the whole process, this is my first time ever purchasing a vehicle. Wayne Gainey was okay seem like he didn't care too much for my business and was on to the next. Only reason I'm 50/50 about everything because I got the car that I always wanted but as far as the whole experience goes not so good. More

He found the reason for this noise and also found a leak in the front axle. It was covered under the Platinum Warranty that was purchased when I got the vehicle used. Returned Business but never again I wrote this review at every place I can. I was told it was my own fault that I let my wife go buy the car. I dont see it that way it should of been a I wrote this review at every place I can. I was told it was my own fault that I let my wife go buy the car. I dont see it that way it should of been an easy painless transaction were both party's were happy. The sold my wife a used car and told her it was new just to get the demo bonus. As if that wasn't enough they told her a high price after we agreed on a much lower price per phone conversation. Theres more yet to come they advised her to go with a higher interest rate (which was supposed to be zero) with longer payments so the payment was lower then sold her some bogus extras that brought the payment up to were the payments we agreed on per phone call was.So i caught it right well no luck when I tried to take the car back the next day they wouldn't take it back all they would do is let me trade it in at a lost and overcharge me for a new car. Any way I have bought 3 new cars from this place enjoyed the first two thought we had found a good place but whoever is running the show now should not succeed go to Anderson save some time,heartache and money STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE More

Nice place but full of sharks I had thought I arranged a simple transaction for a new vehicle for my wife.I had purchased other vehicles here in the past and I enjoyed the whole th I had thought I arranged a simple transaction for a new vehicle for my wife.I had purchased other vehicles here in the past and I enjoyed the whole things so I assumed it would be the same. My intentions were for her to pick up the car and enjoy the process of buying a new and driving her new baby home!!! Boy was I wrong!!! They didn’t like the price we had agreed on and ended up selling her a used car and called it new. On top of that the used high pressure sales tactics with salesmen attacking her with prices and offers to the point she cried and felt there was no way out. The year was last year’s model which was supposed to come with zero percent interest and they talked her into a longer loan with interest added to save her money. If that wasn’t enough they sold her some bogus insurance to add to her payment they were trying to lower. I HOLD MYSELF SOMEWHAT RESPONSIBLE DUE TO THE FACT I WAS WRONG ABOUT TRUSTING THIS PLACE WITH MY WIFE AND HER NEW CAR PURCHASE. More
