Trade & Purchase I went through an ugly divorce that consequently helped cause some horrible credit on my part. I had no choice but to purchase a vehicle out of duress from JD Byrider. As soon as the warranty was over...EVERYTHING started going out on my car. Every time I got one thing fixed, 3 more would go wrong. I owed way too much on the car & I needed to trade it in. I had been to several other dealers and they would not even consider working with me. However, at Hare Chevrolet, Wayne Gainey & the Finance manager, Mike ???, were AMAZING! They were patient, caring, and wouldn't give up until they could get me out of my current situation. I am now driving a 2016 Chevrolet Cruz with full warranty. Not sure I had originally bought a car from you 2 years ago after my bankruptcy. I have bought several cars over the years but this time we were unable to make a deal. I ended up going to Butler Toyota which gave me $1600.00 more for my car then what you offer. I guess I should thank you because not only did I get into a new car but I found a new dealership that was willing to do their best to get me out of the auto track loan. I think Jesse Parker is a friendly sales person. But when I couldn't get into a lease it seemed like that was the only option. At Toyota when they couldn't get me into a lease they gave me other options. More
