Fernando was knowledgeable, and was able to answer a lot of questions I had about the vehicle and other options. I told him upfront that I did not want a long drawn out process, and he really came through. The first price and trade-in value presented was very fair. After the sale, Fernando has continued to follow up to ensure I understand all the features of the vehicle. Once we went to financing, Bryan Matthews was great.
