salesman just up and quit on me I drove an hour by request to meet. I got a credit report pulled and was told that nothing else can be done for the day. what of waste of gas. not to I drove an hour by request to meet. I got a credit report pulled and was told that nothing else can be done for the day. what of waste of gas. not to mention the roads was bad due to weather. get a call the next day and was told i might need a little to put down. noticed 4 inquiries was pulled from the banks. then i was told the best deal with what i had. after 2 more inquiries i was told that i needed atleast 5,ooo down. after stressing how i was gonna come up with it, i finally did and notified him. i then got online and told him what trucks i was looking at. he text me back and in a short version, says hes done working with me. what happened with working with 50 lenders and banks and customer service? more like 6 banks and rude employees. what of waste of gas,time, and effort. not to mention inquiries put on my credit for nothing. everyone else seemed polite as i can tell. but so did Rufus at first. More
Excellent customer service and follow-up I was visiting my son in the Indy area and bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Hare on 10/23/15. It had a check engine light on and because I live in NW I was visiting my son in the Indy area and bought a 2005 Toyota Corolla from Hare on 10/23/15. It had a check engine light on and because I live in NW Indiana I told them that I would buy the car if they could take care of what was causing the check engine light to come on as it would need to pass emissions testing prior to registration. They ended up replacing the Purge Flow Valve and I took it home with no check engine light on. However, the light came on again prior to it being tested and it would not pass. I knew I bought the car "as is" but I called Hare and they said they would take care of it if I could get it back down to Noblesville. As it turned out it was a faulty gas cap, which they replaced right away at no charge and sent me on my way a happy customer. Throughout the sales as well as the after the sale maintenance they did they were totally professional and willing to do whatever it took to make it right for me. My daughter now as the car down at school in Bloomington and is very happy. Thanks to everyone at Hare for going above and beyond for me, even though it is unlikely that I will be a repeat customer since I am close to 3 hours away. More

I know when I bring my Chevy Sonic to Hare that I am getting the best service. Everyone is super friendly and greets you as you as you pull up in your vehicle. I choose Hare because I know they aren't going to take advantage of me and tell me several things are wrong with it when I brought it in for one issue, as has been my experience in smaller service centers. I can drop off my car and take a rental or wait in the comfortable waiting area. I feel just as comfortable taking my Sonic to Hare as I do when my own dad would fix up my cars. I won't take it anywhere else in town! More
