Not the greatest I have taken my car into hare a quite a few times. From the engine light coming on multiple times to just what should be a simple oil change ... After I have taken my car into hare a quite a few times. From the engine light coming on multiple times to just what should be a simple oil change ... After the latest engine light situation hare did make things right with me and ( I think you guys very much for that ! ) I took my car in this past week for a simple oil change ; the guy came to my car right away and greeted me to see what he could do and I let him know just an oil change today , he finished up the paperwork and said that it shouldn't be long since the guys were running on time today . Which , was great because I did have things I needed to get done before heading to work . After about 5 minutes he comes into the waiting area with a sheet of paper that reviews the details of my car plan and let me know I have used the 4 that I got with my plan when I purchased my car . I asked how much it as going to be and he said that he believed about $74/$75 I let him know that was fine because I wanted it done with them since t had been there with all of my engine light issues to keep things documented. He proceeded with showing me a paper that had different packages on it to save money with my oil changes ; I let him know that I would think about it however I didn't want to do it that day ; after he reviewed the paper for a few minutes he let me know he wasn't sure if it was still available or if it was even a package that was for cars .... Shouldn't he have looked into that package before he tried to sell it to me ? After about an hour waiting on my car I go out to his desk and ask if my car was ready yet and he let me know that it was and handed me the paperwork to take back inside to the service desk. The lady ( both service ladies at the desk were very nice ! ) let me know that I was going to be a little over $100. I immediately said woah , I thought it was $74/75 ? She looked at me and called the guy that took care of my car and asked him to come in. He came in took the paper and said he would see what else he could to ? ... He ended up coming back out with a new sheet that reflected the price he originally quoted me. I don't really understand what happened with this latest visit however I was a mess. I hope it improves or I won't go back to hare. More

The service and care from Brian to the delivery specialists to the financial portion was impeccable. Going to Hare is well worth the nearly hour drive from my home. We kind of thought it was all too good to be true if we actually got a car that day. But we went looking anyways. When we met Joe he was determined to help us find a car we liked and that was in our budget without having to put any money down that day. Well he defiantly accomplished the task because he found us an Jeep that was newer with low miles and it was basically everything I wanted!!! I was very excited. Plus we learned a lot about joe while visiting with him. He was very honest about any questions we asked. And that's a big deal to me. He was very funny and sincere and we really had a fun time getting to know him. More
Exactly how a car buying experience should be! My mother and I were both in the market for a new car. We had finally found a day where we could go together and shop around dealerships and we both k My mother and I were both in the market for a new car. We had finally found a day where we could go together and shop around dealerships and we both knew we were wanting to buy a vehicle that day if we found the right deal. Hare Chevrolet was our third and final dealership of the day. The previous two dealerships had done nothing but wasted our time and we decided to try one more place. Our solution specialist, Nate Allen, could tell we were frustrated. We told him exactly what we wanted, how we wanted it done and what our monthly payments needed to be at the maximum. He got right to work! He started showing me a few different options, but I had my heart set on an Impala. He was very upfront with me, as I asked him to be, and told me that the chances of getting an Impala LT at the monthly payment I wanted was probably not going to happen. Even though I appreciated his honesty, I was disappointed and continued looking at some different options. After I had given him all my finacial information (so we could actually start looking at real numbers) he came back with what payments would be on a few different vehicles I had said I may like. Nate was right, the Impala LT was not anywhere near what I wanted my payments to be. Nate said he had an idea and would be right back to continue talking about different options. I decided to take one more look around the parking lot as I waited. The next thing I know, Nate finds me in the parking lot and he is driving a beautiful, dark gray, Impala LT and says "get it, I think you may like this car and the deal that comes along with it!" He was right! He had come up with the idea to ask if there were any 2015 Impala's left on the lot and there were two and the dealership wanted them gone! The first offer that Nate brought back to me was good. However, before I could even say anything, Nate was on his way back to the finance guys because he was convinced a better deal could be made. For the first time ever, I felt like I really had an employee of a car dealership ON MY SIDE!!! Nate knew from the beginning EXACTLY what we wanted and he did not once try to push us in any other direction. Needless to say, I drove away that day in my beautiful new fully loaded Impala LT and my mother left the lot with her new Trax! There is a reason Hare Chevrolet calls Nate, as well as other sales team members "Solution Specialists" and not salesmen. I will never, ever, go anywhere else to buy a vehicle! More

Michael Higgins, Hare Chevrolet Finance Manager provided us with financial and budgetary information which led us to our final decision, his automotive financial acumen was paramount to us. Mark Sears, Jr., Fairway Financial Solution Specialist gave my wife and I the peace of mind on the 'Buy Here, Pay Here' option. And lastly, we felt as though we were purchasing a new Corvette, the customer service from the aforementioned individuals made us feel as though we were equal to the people purchasing a higher-end vehicle...I highly recommend this dealership and employees to anyone considering purchasing a new or used vehicle! I had received an offer through email which included a discount, I tried to set up the short notice appt using the site. I thought I goofed and put the wrong phone number. So I drove to the dealership anyway and was met by Jim the service rep. He eagerly greeted me soon after I got out of my truck. I told him about he discount code/website effort. He strayed he would look into it and get the service completed. I walked away to get lunch and as I stepped into the lot my phone rang, it was Hannah I think. She was following up on the website appointment I had requested. I told her I was running ahead of that time and wasn't sure I had entered the info correctly my. She was pleasant and stated she would get with him to make sure the discount was applied to the service. Both she and Jim were great. My truck was clean and ready to go before I got back from lunch. I was pleased with everything. My only suggestion would be for the website to offer some sort of confirmation maybe by email as soon as the appointment is made. But she called with in 20 minutes of my submission, I'm sure most people schedule things out more than I do, More
