My sales professional was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. He was able to help me get financing for a much newer car than I was expected, and my payment are what I was expectin to pay for a much older car with much more miles. Not only am I in a newer car, there is warranty and I was able to purchase an extended warranty. And the gentleman in finance sat down with me gave me good sound advice, and walked me through all the paperwork and made suggestions to help me get my credit to where I would like it to be. More

Service Exchange Program Brought my 2007 Trail Blazer in for routine service that turned into anything but. Tyler called me on the following Friday AM to let me know what all Brought my 2007 Trail Blazer in for routine service that turned into anything but. Tyler called me on the following Friday AM to let me know what all was wrong, and what the cost would be to fix both with GM parts, and aftermarket. Tyler informed me of a new Service Exchange Program that had just rolled out two days prior. He immediately had Kelley call me to go over the program and all it's detail. On Monday morning, my wife and I came in and met with Susie, who was able to help guide us through our decision. When we met with finance (I cannot find his name) he went over all the options, and helped us decide the best option for us. We had a great, no pressure experience, and were out the door in roughly 2 hours with our new Equinox!! Weather it is service or sales, we have always felt we have been treated honestly and fairly. More

Not the greatest I have taken my car into hare a quite a few times. From the engine light coming on multiple times to just what should be a simple oil change ... After I have taken my car into hare a quite a few times. From the engine light coming on multiple times to just what should be a simple oil change ... After the latest engine light situation hare did make things right with me and ( I think you guys very much for that ! ) I took my car in this past week for a simple oil change ; the guy came to my car right away and greeted me to see what he could do and I let him know just an oil change today , he finished up the paperwork and said that it shouldn't be long since the guys were running on time today . Which , was great because I did have things I needed to get done before heading to work . After about 5 minutes he comes into the waiting area with a sheet of paper that reviews the details of my car plan and let me know I have used the 4 that I got with my plan when I purchased my car . I asked how much it as going to be and he said that he believed about $74/$75 I let him know that was fine because I wanted it done with them since t had been there with all of my engine light issues to keep things documented. He proceeded with showing me a paper that had different packages on it to save money with my oil changes ; I let him know that I would think about it however I didn't want to do it that day ; after he reviewed the paper for a few minutes he let me know he wasn't sure if it was still available or if it was even a package that was for cars .... Shouldn't he have looked into that package before he tried to sell it to me ? After about an hour waiting on my car I go out to his desk and ask if my car was ready yet and he let me know that it was and handed me the paperwork to take back inside to the service desk. The lady ( both service ladies at the desk were very nice ! ) let me know that I was going to be a little over $100. I immediately said woah , I thought it was $74/75 ? She looked at me and called the guy that took care of my car and asked him to come in. He came in took the paper and said he would see what else he could to ? ... He ended up coming back out with a new sheet that reflected the price he originally quoted me. I don't really understand what happened with this latest visit however I was a mess. I hope it improves or I won't go back to hare. More
