Normally have decent service at Hare Honda. Not this time. Car was in for a diagnostic service. Rep Kyle did not keep in touch with us. After we received the report via text we texted and calle Not this time. Car was in for a diagnostic service. Rep Kyle did not keep in touch with us. After we received the report via text we texted and called to get more information and were repeatedly told that Kyle was on the phone and would call us back. Which never happened. We tried various methods to get in contact for two days before receiving a text that simply said “your car is ready for pickup”. When picked up a different tech told us that Kyle had been in training and didn’t know why we weren’t told the truth or had someone else contact us. Horrible customer service which is extremely disappointing. More
