They were friendly to work with. We bought brand new Passport and were told it would be cleaned before we left the dealership with it. When we left the dealership, we noticed the roof of the vehicle was still covered in dirt and pollen, and there was a dead bug in the back seat. There were leaves and dirt underneath the windshield wipers and hood just below the windshield, and spider webs and spiders coming out of hood, side mirrors, and window panes. It was clear the car was not fully cleaned as promised. We were frustrated we had to immediately take the car through the car wash and clean some of the interior/exterior ourselves since we purchased a vehicle with no miles on it. More
