I was promised I would be sent an email to show the work done on my car and the warranty that was being sent in regarding the part. Nothing was given to me when I left the service area and nothing was sent done on my car and the warranty that was being sent in regarding the part. I had to bring my car back twice in one month for repairs and this was a huge inconvenience. I felt the initial problem was misdiagnosed and could have saved me time. Also the porters were late coming to get me than what was agreed upon time. I had to ride in one's personal vehicle and it was dusty and dirty. More
