2.5 hours. Test drive a few vehicles, had my trade-in appraised, financing complete and new vehicle cleaned with a full tank of gas. Rich even spent another 15-20 min going over all the bells and whistle appraised, financing complete and new vehicle cleaned with a full tank of gas. After test-driving Rangers at 2 other dealerships, I was driving past Harold Ford and decided to stop in. Rich met me in the parking lot and was very friendly and low-pressure. He showed me a 2021 Ranger driving past Harold Ford and decided to stop in. Rich met me in the parking lot and was very friendly and low-pressure. He showed me a 2021 Ranger Lariat with low mileage. I test-drove it that day and bought it the next. I have been back a couple of times since then, and the service I received from him after the sale was excellent.
