This was the 3rd time we used the service department and each time the communication is very poor. All of the issues that we discussed were not addressed. When I bought my vehicle there I was told that I would get a loaner vehicle and if you fixed it the deductible would be waived. Neither of those things happened. More

Purely coincidence my service engine light comes on after having my truck serviced here. Then they have my truck an extra day, since they scheduled it without having parts in stock.
