Quick to fix our unexpected problem. My car developed an unexpected, horrible sound in the rear wheel. We dropped the car off at night drop without an appointment. Sales Rep - Non Cooperative The sales representative Allan was very rude and made unnecessary comments when we started initial negotiation discussion. He alleged "I have seen so many friends of yours and I know how it goes. We can order dinner and negotiate all day". At that point, I decided not to buy the car even if I was really interested. I was actually going to seal the deal on that day. I went to Metro Toyota same day and locked the car even it was not exactly what I was looking for. Last year, I helped my friend to buy a new Honda CRV and we worked with sales representative named Nancy. She was very open and cooperative. We went back and forth with the negotiation and she was very patience and it was win win situation for both of us. The Management should take action with Allan to change his attitude towards the customers or else they would loose some serious referrals from the customers. I would not recommend any one in town to go with Harold Zeigler if Allan has this same attitude. More
