Superior Customer Service experience. I was in Knoxville for business for the day and my 2014 MDX posted an issue with my 12 Volt system. When I arrived 10 minutes later, I was greeted by Steven who immediately got my vehicle back to be analyzed. The service team was able to make the necessary repairs and have me on my way in one hour! Recently I had a couple of issues with my 2009 MDX which has over 167,000 miles on it (I have really enjoyed driving this MDX). I actually stopped in unexpectedly due to a problem with my battery.
