Superior Service Harper Acura has been servicing my vehicles since their inception. This includes 8 different vehicles over the last 25 years. Since I am an engineer Harper Acura has been servicing my vehicles since their inception. This includes 8 different vehicles over the last 25 years. Since I am an engineer, I know the importance of maintaining your vehicle and I am very fussy who services mine. Over the years I have owned a few other luxury brands here in Knoxville and I have never been satisfied with their service departments. For all these years, Harper Acura has provided consistently outstanding service and I continue to buy Acura's because of the service department. They (1) are easy to get any appointment with, (2) are easy and quick to check in with, (3) provide a nice loaner vehicle, (4) service my vehicles correctly and with integrity (5) have them ready when they say they will, (6) always wash my car, (7) are extremely courteous and friendly, and (8) while not the cheapest in town, are reasonably priced (you get what you pay for). I have also had great service from the Parts Department over all these years. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and get needed parts quickly. Richard Tompa (Service Manager) and his service team always do a great job servicing my vehicles or even providing information to me when I choose do so some of my own maintenance. More
Attention to detail and amazing customer service Harper Acura has taken care of my AcuraTL as long as I've owned. The service people are knowledgeable more than most I've dealt with. Phil who assisted me this time, worked previously in the garage and knows the cars inside and out. In the past, I brought my car in when it was stalling. No lights were coming on and no error codes showed up, yet Phil and the garage were able to track the problem down and fix it. This past visit, I left a briefcase in the backseat of my loaner. Phil tracked down the customer who had the loaner and got my briefcase back. Once again, they went above and beyond. More

Great Service Experience Another great experience with the Service Department when I took my 2015 RDX for service. I can always depend on them to help me take care of my RDX. I love the fact that a loaner is available for my use every time that I make my service appointment. Although, their customer lounge is nice, I prefer to run errands while I wait for my vehicle to be serviced. I appreciate the phone calls from the service staff if they have questions or need approval before replacing wipers, air filters, etc.--no surprises when it's time to pay for service! I also appreciate the complimentary car wash--a great perk to using their service department. More

Always a good experience I took my 2011 MDX for regular B1 service. I really like the accelerated service that lets you come without an appointment.
