Excellent care I had a scheduled appointment (made on-line - very convenient) for an oil change. They were prompt in taking care of me. Also, received the multi-po I had a scheduled appointment (made on-line - very convenient) for an oil change. They were prompt in taking care of me. Also, received the multi-point inspection and complimentary car wash. This service department has never failed to be excellent in the 9 years that I have been going there. An Unfortunate Service Outcome Bought my 2011 TSX Sport Wagon at this dealership and have had it serviced there consistently for the full 59283 miles on the odometer. Had an appoint Bought my 2011 TSX Sport Wagon at this dealership and have had it serviced there consistently for the full 59283 miles on the odometer. Had an appointment to have the transmission serviced and an oil change performed on June 13th. Service advisor wrote up the order confirming what was to be done. Previous oil/filter changes including OW20-5 full synthetic oil were $44.95 plus tax and fees. The current price is now $69.95 plus tax and fees. The explanation given for the increase is the dealership was being pressured by Acura to get its full synthetic pricing competitive with other dealerships. Simply because Acura says it dealerships MUST use synthetic oil does not make it the only quality option customers should have available. If Acura is convinced synthetic oil is the only option its customers will have, this customer will seek new service venues...and congratulations on the new dealer construction project. More
