Last week I took my 2014 Acura MDX with 30,000 miles in for a simple oil change. They said there was an outstanding safety issue and wanted to repair this N/C at the same time. While waiting, I spoke with Mark Cauthen in Sales about the new MDX features. It was obvious Mark was one of the Harper veteran sales consultants and he knew the many feature changes from my '14 vs '16 MDX. My MDX was a prime candidate for a trade with 30K miles. One thing led to another and after some friendly negotiating on my trade-in value we signed the papers and I took posession of my new MDX this week. Keep up the good work! Craig R More

Recall I have had to have a few recalls done on my MDX and Harper has been my dealer of choice. Every time I have dealt with Ray who has been extremely profe I have had to have a few recalls done on my MDX and Harper has been my dealer of choice. Every time I have dealt with Ray who has been extremely professional, helpful (I have 2 small children so 2 car seats) and has provided me with a loaner that I can easily place my children's seats in. He has made sure the work is in a timely fashion and if for any reason there is a delay has kept me informed. They always conduct a thorough inspection of my truck and recommend any needed services. I will definitely continue to use them in the future and hope to purchase my next MDX from them! More
