I was given a very nice loaner car and RJ delivered my vehicle to me personally at my home in a very timely manner. This type of personalized service is very hard to come by. Over the weekend someone hit my car with their truck tire which caused for large black markings on my car that I was unable to get off on my own. I called the dealership and spoke with R. Jay Prusik and he which caused for large black markings on my car that I was unable to get off on my own. I called the dealership and spoke with R. Jay Prusik and he was extremely helpful and told me to come in so that they could look at the damage and help me decide what my best options would be. When I arrived, he informed me that in a few days I would have the opportunity to drop off my car to get buffed and re-painted which was good news, but I was still a bit aggravated that I had black marks on my car, so he went over and beyond his job duties and used a special product and some serious elbow grease and removed most of the marks on my car. I was beyond happy and looking forward to bringing my car back to be completely fixed. A few days later I dropped off my car, which is always such an easy process, and that afternoon when I spoke with R. Jay he said that they were able to buff out the rest of the damage and my car was as good as new. When I proceeded to ask him how much it would cost me, he simply replied nothing at all. At that moment, I was completely taken aback because he could have easily charged me for the time and effort that it took for them to work on my car, but he insisted that it was no big deal and that Harper Acura would be happy to absorb the cost this time. It is so wonderful to know that there are still wonderful employees and companies that believe in doing good for others. I have told so many people in the past 24 hours just how fantastic R. Jay was to work with and how easy and stress free it has been to work with Harper Acura and I am certain that I will continue to pass the word along about the outstanding customer service. He is quite knowledgeable and has a sense of calmness that takes away my anxiety. He explains exactly what was wrong with the car and what the mechanics did to fix it. When he does quote an amount, he has been on point. I like dealing with Kenny because he has a great personality and deals with you as if you were his only customer. At times, I want to go back to my previous mechanic because he has a better price, but because of Kenny’s customer service skills and his knowledge, I take my car to Harper Acura. More
My daughter's 2005 Acura TSX started acting crazy with the electrical system, then just died. It was after 8:00 PM when my daughter call. I called Richard Tompa, the service manager, on his personal with the electrical system, then just died. It was after 8:00 PM when my daughter call. I called Richard Tompa, the service manager, on his personal phone, and he said it was probably a bad battery or the charging system and we arranged to have the car dropped off at the dealership that evening. The next morning Kenny Rolen, service advisor, and Richard had the car diagnosied as a bad alternator, arranged for a loaner car, when all had already been assigned to customer coming in for service that morning,and found a replacement alternator. The car was repaired, cleaned and washed, and ready to go by 2:00 that afternoon. Cost was very reasonable and a bargin considering all the person service. The Harper Acura Service Department always seams to try do the right thing, from letting worried parents call them on their personal phones, arrange for loaners when all were gone, and repairing cars quickly. They go above and beyond any service department I have ever experienced. Well done to Harper Acura Service Department. It give a parent an extra feeling of security. More

He is helpful in EVERY department and faucet of Harper Acura as a brand. R. Jay instills the trust I have in Acura from the inside out. He makes me feel secure in my choice to not only service my Acura at Harper, he instigates a desire to continue purchasing cars from Harper Acura. This is no easy feat, I can assure you! There are several aspects that one seeks when completing a business transaction with another; honesty, integrity and follow-up. R. Jay could teach others within the auto industry a thing or two in these categories! When he told me I needed new brakes, tires and a power steering pump, he explained it all in such a way that I would not want to take my car anywhere else for my service/products. The level of sincerity and honesty he embodies when he speaks completely assures you that you're in the most exact perfect place you could be. When I told R. Jay I was considering trading up on my car, he asked the right questions, then proceeded to answer my questions and thoughts, some before I even asked him! His knowledge of the Acura brand will give you a wonderful sense of security, particularly when considering trading what you currently have for another Acura. After my experience with R.
