He told us he would not know how to find that information. Ugh, how about calling your service department. When he finally provided the work they did on the car,after it came to them from an auction, their mechanics said that belts were cracked, needed “immediate attention” as well as air filters and plugs. When I asked Carter why they did not repair these items, he said they could not make a profit on the car if they fixed the problem. It was $1577.00 to finish the car. I said I’ll pay it. Can we pay for the car now? No, he said. The next day they sold the car we had been negotiating on for past two weeks. I’m sure that buyer walked in, did not ask any questions, financed the car through them, and drove off. Worst experience I’ve had buying a car. Go someplace else. They do not care about the customer. Terrible dealership, if you want a car make sure while your waiting for the bank to finance the car you put a deposit down or you'll lose the car, I was waiting on the bank when the salesman informed me s your waiting for the bank to finance the car you put a deposit down or you'll lose the car, I was waiting on the bank when the salesman informed me someone else put a deposit down on that vehicle and it was no longer available.it lower my credit score which moved me to the next lower credit rating, which will cost me thousands of dollars, more interest ,more money down and higher payments if I get a vehicle for the same price which it took two and a half months to find this one. shady business practice and from reviews Ive read its happened to other people More
