My only concern is I bring my car in for every routine maintenance that is required and yet Harper never gives me a discount, a coupon, or incentive to have my car serviced there for my warranty I purchas maintenance that is required and yet Harper never gives me a discount, a coupon, or incentive to have my car serviced there for my warranty I purchased. It would be nice to receive a discount on services every once in a while, or something since I technically I could take it to another service center for oil changes, etc to keep warranty valid. Also, when the car gets “complimentary washed” it would be nice that it was really cleaned, not just run through the wash, because I had dirt residue left over in places and bugs still left over on the front of my vehicle after the complimentary wash.
