New Purchase Disappointment Purchased a new 2020 Tiguan. Very pleased with the salesman Andy Maxey and the performance and driving experience of the car. I received the car back Purchased a new 2020 Tiguan. Very pleased with the salesman Andy Maxey and the performance and driving experience of the car. I received the car back from them after getting the window film added to reduce the UV through the windows. They were on time and the quality was as I had hoped it would be. Happily drove my car home, parked in the garage and attempted to stop the engine. I could not make the engine turn off. I took it back and Andy, he received it and gave me a replacement and I went on my way. The service department had not seen this issue so Volkswagon was notified and a replacement part was sent to them. The problem was a faulty relay that the Service department repaced and had me on my way after the weekend. Andy, Mike Clem, and Amanda were all professional and very easy to deal with. They were very helpful in turning my disappointment into a pleasant experience. More

Took the ‘13 Tiguan in because it was running rough...ended up to be a bit more costly than we were expecting, but as usual, the guys @ Harper VW took excellent care of us!
