Amanda was great but I need the bring the car back for the windshield wipers to be changed as I forgot to mention it has been making a lot of noise since I bought the car last year June. The car was supposedly new but they gave me the key and that was it when I Bought it , no one explained anything about how the car works and there was a scratch and a small dent probably caused from another car when they opened the door but I only noticed this the next day and it didn’t make sense I called and complain about it because it was my fault for no checking the car before driving off. More

Customer Care I am a loyal customer at Harper's Volkswagen and always get excellent service. This time, I brought my grandson with me for the service appointment s I am a loyal customer at Harper's Volkswagen and always get excellent service. This time, I brought my grandson with me for the service appointment since he is starting to drive and I have given him one of my volkswagens. There was a bit of a wait when we arrived for the appointment. The person at the customer desk noticed windshield wipers needing replacing but they did not have any in stock. We drove to Walmart to get new windshield wipers. The customer waiting area is excellent with a nice large-screen TV and excellent coffee. More
