I drive from Hermitage to Knoxville for service at Harpers. They are friendly and efficient. Very thorough. Keep me updated on progress. The staff that I have dealt with are very pleasant to work with. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. My only issue with the service is that I had a 9:30 appointment for my 10,000 mile service whic work with. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. My only issue with the service is that I had a 9:30 appointment for my 10,000 mile service which is oil change and rotate tires. I also asked to balance my tires. I was there almost 2 1/2 hours. I could understand this amount of time without an appointment, not with an appointment. More
