I bought a used vehicle from the dealership and did not get a warranty. I have not even made the first payment on it and an O2 sensor went out along with transmission problems. I talked to a sales manager and he informed me that it was on me because I didn't get a warranty. He was short with me and said he'd work with me. I live about an hour and forty five minutes from Harrisonburg. I know other dealerships that would have fixed it at no cost because I have only had it 30 days and yet to make a payment. I don't think I will buy another vehicle from them. More

Our expedition's, that we bought brand new from them, front heating unit went out. Scheduled an appointment for Mickie to come pick up my car and bring it back to where it for a couple of days. Then when I call them back, they tell me oops forgot to fix something and supposedly fixed it while charging us an outrageous fee, now here we are months later, and it quit working AGAIN. They are now wanting to charge US to fix it for doing the same thing it was doing prior. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HARRISONBURG FORD AND xxxx SURE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They have no customer service at all and do not care about their customers, only about making money. Steer clear!!!!! More
Today, my father and I dropped off his truck at this location for coil pack replacements. Upon arrival to collect the vehicle, we discovered a female employee rummaging through the dashboard while a mal location for coil pack replacements. Upon arrival to collect the vehicle, we discovered a female employee rummaging through the dashboard while a male colleague took pictures. This incident raised concerns for my father, as accessing the dashboard was unnecessary for the scheduled repairs. We returned to discuss the matter with management and were informed that the employees were attempting to identify the owner of the truck since they had another similar styled truck. We find this explanation questionable, considering the uniqueness of state-issued license plates and Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN). It is essential to be aware that employees at this location may inspect your vehicle without authorization and provide misleading explanations when confronted. More

My son broke down while traveling through Harrisonburg on his why to college, over 600 miles from home. They got the truck in, fixed, and got him back on the road. They didn’t over charged and worked with me all over the phone. There are still great people in this world. Thank you so much, from some very grateful parents! More
