My husband and I drove an hour to see a car we liked from the internet. Everything up to the negotiation went great. Justin is an amazing guy and made me want to buy whatever he had to offer. I hope nothing bad happens to him as a result of this but his manager was out of control. When we put in our offer we were clear that we couldn't go much higher than our offer because we had cash. By the second counter offer the manager had come down $750.00 and I was almost ready to buy. I was uncomfortable because the car made strange chugging noise. The manager came out with Justin on the third offer when I didn't budge, he looked mad. Knowing how dealerships will tack on fees after the price is agreed I asked if they could include the title and fees in the price and the manager said no angrily. We said we were going to dinner and think on it and the manager got really mad. He said that as an American he is proud to pay his taxes and I should pay mine. He said some things about the U.S. and what it stands for and insinuated that not giving him what he wanted made me a bad American. My husband and I are veterans and currently serve, we always pay our taxes he should not have said those things. He raised his voice and would not stop even after we told him that we liked the car and we'd still consider the car. We walked away quietly to avoid a scene and he yelled at us until we were near the door, and then when he into the back room. We saved our money so we could buy cash rather than relying on debt and he couldn't understand why the extra few hundred dollars was so important to me. That is a load of hay for my farm. This American is not happy with how she was treated by the manager at this dealership. Shame on him. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Escape. This is the first brand new vehicle that I have ever purchased. James did an outstanding job of explaining the features of the vehicle and answering my question first brand new vehicle that I have ever purchased. James was very personable and made my first new car purchase experience a fun one. I highly recommend him. More

Had a great experience with Justin Bowers and Harrisonburg Ford. This is the second vehicle I purchased in the last 9 months form Justin. My wife had an 11 year old mini van that was starting to Harrisonburg Ford. This is the second vehicle I purchased in the last 9 months form Justin. My wife had an 11 year old mini van that was starting to nickel and dime us so I sold her van and Justin found us the 2012 Ford Fusion Sport we were looking for the very same day I sold her van. I filled out the credit app on their online website and they had the car waiting for my wife and I. Justin took time to go over the controls and navigation/ audio programing with my wife. The 0% interest rate allowed us to purchase the extended warranty and the interior protection and stay within our budget. I would highly recommend Justin Bowers and Harrisonburg Ford. More

We love our new truck! The whole process from start to finish was easy and pleasant. My husband and I went to Harrisonburg Ford frustrated after weeks of searching for a used Ford Expedition and we finally found one we really liked there.
