I've owned 5 or 6 Ram trucks previously and the sales experience at each dealership has been positive except for this one. Do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle anywhere else other than Urse. I live out of state and was trying to coordinate a purchase and dealt with a salesperson (Ametro) that would take days to answer questions. I called and asked for a sales manager so that I could expedite this purchase. I explained the situation (to Chad, I believe) only for them to transfer me seconds later right back to the same unhelpful salesperson. Apparently management can't be bothered to assist either. They're too busy to sell cars, so I would go elsewhere to a dealership that appreciates your business. More

Out of the MANY dealerships we dealt with in NY, Amanda had the best communication as far as turn around time with any question I had - and if she didn't know, she said so and found an answer for me and I appreciated that.
