Chris and the staff at Harry Robinson Ford made buying a new car easy. They are honest and have a work ethic that others must be jealous of. We were not planning on buying a car when we went in but we fou new car easy. They are honest and have a work ethic that others must be jealous of. We were not planning on buying a car when we went in but we found the one we wanted. I had an appointment that I had to get to and had to leave by 12:45. I told them that we’d like to buy the car and about the appointment and that I would be out some money if I wasn’t there on time. I didn’t think that they would be able to accommodate such a situation. Was I wrong! Chris and the whole staff worked flawlessly, without a single hassle to finish the sale quickly and I made it to the appointment with time to spare. After a terrible buying experience full of lies from salesman and sales manager . After 6 months got recall and took in for that and Ford Pass would not connect to anyone's phone and asked them to check salesman and sales manager . After 6 months got recall and took in for that and Ford Pass would not connect to anyone's phone and asked them to check and was told by service manager multiple times salesman was supposed to get me hooked up to fordpass by salesman at purchase which didn't happen they told me even after paying for extended service contract that I would have to pay 165 dollars for diagnosing.
