My wife and I have been in search of a new Yukon XL. The dealership reached out to us based on a GM finance application we filled out online. Again, the dealership reached out to us. They presented us a 2023 Yukon XL, we pulled our GM Employee discount code, ran numbers and ran a hard credit pull with our Credit Union. We confirmed to the sales person we wanted the car. And they later informed us that they had someone in person “running numbers”. To which they ended up selling it to the other customer. I feel suckered, cheated and played. They played both sides of the tables, and which I feel is extremely poor business practice. More
Michael in service was the best. We had been in carmageddon since January 2022 with mistakes from a Cadillac dealer in another state. What can I say but wow - in this time where we are just over the top happy when we get so-so service since most is bad, I was blessed to have been helped by TJ and his team in the body shop. I had substantial damage to my 15 GMC 2500 Sierra SLT when someone pulled out in front of me in late March. From day 1 TJ and his team embraced my interest in the repairs and kept me up to speed during the entire process. Cutting any corners is not their bio, they did everything by the book and it shows. That being said, the finished product was unbelievable as my truck looks like it did brand new and runs even better. Had an appointment at 9:30 am for an oil change. Sitting at the dealership...I asked about my truck at 1:00 pm. It is now 1:25 pm. I came in on a Saturday for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 9:00 A/M, they got me back at 9:11. My truck was ready at 10:53. I contacted the dealer about buying a slightly used 2020 Yukon that was advertised with 8567 miles on it with 22" factory wheels. It wasn't until the 3rd call during negotiations that they told me the Yuko Yukon that was advertised with 8567 miles on it with 22" factory wheels. It wasn't until the 3rd call during negotiations that they told me the Yukon now had over 11,000 miles and they swapped the 22" factory wheels with 20" factory wheels. I came away feeling they don't operate in good faith. More
