The most professional and welcoming staff from the time I entered the building until the time I left with a vehicle. I have nothing nice to say about this company. they sold me a lemon and tried to fix the issue over 3 time and couldn't; had to purchase a brand new car. ever since they switched management compan they sold me a lemon and tried to fix the issue over 3 time and couldn't; had to purchase a brand new car. ever since they switched management company's from hart to victory everything became awful. the cars, repairs and common manners. the workers are rude racist and angry as if they hate their jobs. every time I stop by its a new service manager, and also the technicians need a work shop to attend and not practice on people cars for experience. I will not recommend this team to repair a bike at this point. 0/10. a decline in service for sure. my service advisor did not contact me not once during this whole process; which can explain why my car was sitting there for over 15 hour (dropped off night before) left attended and not serviced. new service manager is a disgrace, please try again. I find it hard to believe that this dealership would have a pricing strategy of advertising huge discounts which are negated by pre-installed dealer add-ons given all of the videos, blogs, and other social m a pricing strategy of advertising huge discounts which are negated by pre-installed dealer add-ons given all of the videos, blogs, and other social media offerings detailing what to do when purchasing a vehicle - and everything connected with the strategy is a DON'T. To start, I requested information about a particular vehicle’s availability via the dealership website. I purposely did not provide my phone number because I prefer email or text; it helps to have information in writing in case there’s a question later on. They must use a information scraper because I received two calls immediately: one from a salesperson and one robo-call pushing me for an appointment. I chose to continue the conversation via email when I received a robo-mail pushing me to make an appointment. I had a few questions, and the answers were essential to my deciding to drive to the dealership. The only answer from the salesperson (Will Brown) was to send me a video of the car, which I appreciated; however, the questions were apparently passed on to Will Jackson, whose email signature indicated he is the Internet Manager. His answers danced around two of the questions and said that pricing would be discussed at the dealership (I had asked about the out-the-door price). I reiterated that I needed the out-the-door price to determine whether to come to the dealership. Then: two and a half days of silence except for generic robo-mails, from which I unsubscribed. A mitigating circumstance is that a sale was going on - but isn’t there always? I was finally contacted by Mr. Jackson Saturday morning (he said the customers who came to the dealership were more important, hence the delay) and the results were disappointing. If you want the huge discount, you have to buy overpriced dealer add-ons (which ALL consumer advocates say not to do) that have already been installed on the vehicle, whose inflated price essentially erases the discount. When I asked whether it was possible to buy a car without the “investment protections,” his tone came across as disrespectful. Sorry for being an educated consumer! Sorry for holding firm to my well-described requirements and not caving to aggressive sales tactics! I’m sure there are customers who genuinely want to pre-pay for maintenance and have a vehicle locator and that’s fine. I’m not one, and that was not respected. I also wonder why it was such a struggle to get the out-the-door price and, too, if he is a manager why he had to go to the GSM to get that price - which was unacceptably high. Extremely unfortunate experience. Zero stars. More
They sold me a lemon and 3 months after I bought it for$30.000 there telling me I need a motor for it cause the engine Boggs it when I kick it into over drive but when I let off it drives fine so I put for$30.000 there telling me I need a motor for it cause the engine Boggs it when I kick it into over drive but when I let off it drives fine so I put it on a diagnostic test and showed a camshaft censor which is $30 for the part and about 100 for the labor which isn't to bad I took it to two places and came up with the same code and the truck drives to good to be the motor they ordered the part and put it on then called and said they had bad news you need to get the sludge out from motor which he says$4000 it get a new motor which is$28.000 it's been a year since I bought it and i took it back 3 months after I got it in for the same thing it's doing now when I had insurance twice and they said they couldn't find anything so a year later after my warranty ran out now I'm stuck with it they said. So I would tell anyone that wants a vehicle do not buy from them cause they will lie and screw you any way they can More
