First Time bought the Used car in Nissan. we just got 2015 Nissan Versa. Sales Person Younes Battai was very helpful and Professional. Manager Kevin & Finance Manager Bob did the great job. The only problem we had is the Car is not cleaned or washed. When we came back home we found its completely dirty with Dog Hairs allover. Sales person Younes told someone to do but they didn't. More

New owner really cares about customer service. Don't be put off by bad experiences at this location from before. I went in to turn-in a leased vehicle and they actually gave me cash back. They didn't hav put off by bad experiences at this location from before. I went in to turn-in a leased vehicle and they actually gave me cash back. They didn't have to do this but it is part of their customer service approach. So, I went back 3 days later to purchase a new vehicle. They were able to find me the vehicle I wanted and didn't try to sell me on something they had. They gave me a good price on the new vehicle and worked to get me the maximum on my trade-in. Everyone was nice (especially the dogs). Look forward to having my car serviced there as well. More

A faulty printer added 20 minutes to my service visit -- the only thing that kept me from rating it five stars -- but oth professional, and helpful.
