After visiting 4 dealerships in search of my perfect car, Hart Nissan of NOVA was by far the best. We arrived at 8:40 PM, and despite their closing time of 9 PM, Ever Mendez and the team stayed past midnight Hart Nissan of NOVA was by far the best. We arrived at 8:40 PM, and despite their closing time of 9 PM, Ever Mendez and the team stayed past midnight to assist us with test drives, negotiations, and paperwork. They went above and beyond, making my husband and I feel right at home throughout the entire process. The exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere truly set them apart. Th dealership was booming when we arrived, I thought we would be ignored, but that was not the case. The dealership had what we wanted and worked with us on how much we wanted to pay.
