Arrived on time and waited about 10 minutes while various employees milled around, chatted, and generally ignored me. At one point, someone said, from a distance, 'be right with you'. JJ came out eventually and was very informative during our initial conversation. I was told the service would take 45 minutes and that he'd call me when it was done. I waited in the lounge. An hour later I went back to his office, wondering what the status was, as it had been well over 45 minutes and I'd heard nothing. He said he was still waiting for a body shop to get back to him, which is fine, not his fault, but I would have preferred some communication, as I had an appointment to get to. JJ said he would send me the body shop contact info so I could follow up. 48 hours later and he has not done so. More
I have had three visits here and I found the work done really good and recommendations to be honest. Great customer service. Very friendly and honest. But I’m very annoyed at all the surveys. This is the third one I do. Why wasn’t the first one enough. Just pay your employees fairly and don’t send me a million surveys. Since changing to hart Nissan the service has improved tremendously. They know walk you around your vehicle, showing what they will check/looking for. Their service department can pull up any past repairs done at previous dealerships so you don’t do something like a fluid change that isn’t necessary. More

Mara is amazing! She is a service writer that makes you feel like a dealer ship actually cares about your car..I’ve been going to this dealership for a long time ( through all the name changes)...and Mara feel like a dealer ship actually cares about your car..I’ve been going to this dealership for a long time ( through all the name changes)...and Mara stuck with them..which is why I did as well.
