Easy and Excellent Buying Experience I completed my deal in 2 days, I visited Hartford Toyota on Friday and finalized the deal, got the vehicle on Saturday (though they offered on Friday, I completed my deal in 2 days, I visited Hartford Toyota on Friday and finalized the deal, got the vehicle on Saturday (though they offered on Friday, I took it on Saturday). Luis Gonzalez was my sales person. He was really good, calm and patiently shown all the available vehicles, explained all the features, he always considered my opinion and cared. Richard McAllister Jr/Jim Webster offered good deal and trade in value, which made me to finalize the purchase. Marc and Tony were also very helpful in my buying process. Then Tony was extremely helpful in getting me the very best possible interest rate for my loan through Bank of America, which was a great benefit from my excellent credit rating. Then, I have dealt with Carl and Grant in the service area and they have been terrific as well. Fast, quality experience I will start by saying that I came to this location because they were ACTUALLY open on Sunday! And I came early. Next, Thisady Khongdy started his work day 30 min early just to help me. After his knowledgeable overview of my soon to be new Tacoma TRD sport, and a quick drive, he made the transaction happen within an hour or so from start to finish. His entire team from financing to the GM Jim were awesome and really hooked me up with a great deal on the new vehicle, which is rare on Tacoma's. I have nothing but great things to say about this location. I highly recommend them. More
