Lily was a patient listener and always promptly called me back. I would go back to Lily Browne in a heartbeat. Prior to working with Lily Browne I had the distinct pleasure of working with Jill Bruno over the Internet from 2014-2016. Jill was not overbearing yet kept me updated and informed about the changes and redesigns of the Prius for 2 years. Once the new redesign was in place in 2016 I contacted Jill to set up a test drive. Now, I am driving my new Prius, and part of the Hartford Toyota family. I recommend Lily Browne and Jill Bruno without reservation. More

Dave was friendly and knowledgeable and promptly asked me about the type of vehicle and what features I was looking for in that model. We proceeded to the lot and found the vehicle that I purchased yesterday. I would not hesitate to do business with Dave in the future.
