The Customer is #1 at Hartford Toyota We visited several dealerships in shopping for our 2016 RAV4, and Hartford Toyota was by far our most comfortable and pleasant experience. Leslie Richam was so accommodating in arranging the test drive, searching inventory, and providing information. When it came time to negotiate our deal, Jim Webster became involved. A genuinely nice person, who does not exert sales pressure due to his confidence in the dealership and Toyota product. He knows what we experienced - the most comfortable dealership atmosphere coupled with competitive pricing. Jim made a very aggressive offer on our trade and purchase price. We comparison shopped and wound up with a RAV4 with more equipment for less money than any other dealer. No wonder why they call it a Toyota Superstore! Other great folks at the dealership instrumental in closing our deal included Andrew Lombardo & Richard Jr. (go Bryant University!), and Tony Mumtaz. Thanks so much. More

So happy I ended up here! Great experience - Cody Gill I was shopping for my first new car, which was very overwhelming. I had been shopping around for about a month or so, going to multiple dealerships w I was shopping for my first new car, which was very overwhelming. I had been shopping around for about a month or so, going to multiple dealerships without much luck. I am so happy I ended up coming to this dealership (thankfully they were one of the few dealerships actually open on Sunday!-or else I'm worried I may have never ended up here simply because of the distance from my house). What a great experience! No pressure. No haggling. Just honest business. Cody was so helpful in helping me find the perfect car for me. I knew after the first five minutes of working with Cody that I had finally come to the right place. I bought my car the very next day with confidence thanks to Cody. He went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and preparing me for the process of purchasing a new car. I will be referring all my friends and family to use this dealership in the future! They came back with a good offer (and we checked it out on online to see if we could get a better deal via truecar.com) and the deal they offered was better! A no stress experience!! I went to Hartford Toyota to look at a vehicle that I really wanted, and it was no longer at the dealership. Luis Gillen & Andrew Lombardo worked to get the vehicle back the next day! The car is perfect, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience I had!
