Luis handled the test drive and negotiations with class and respect. was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered most of my questions and concerns before I had asked them. Luis also was very good on following up on items. On the Day of delivery Luis and Gloria were prepared and got me in and out quickly and easily so I could start enjoying my new car as soon as possible, including handling a problem with the DMV for me.
