I made a deposit for the car over the phone, so when I arrived to pick up the car, it was just as easy. There was no wait, and Gloria Fernandez was very diligent in making sure the paperwork was concise so there would not be any surprises down the line. Dave Goduti and Andrew Lombardo made sure that I was comfortable while waiting for the paperwork to be filed and walked me through every part of the car. More

I had planned to use Hartford just as a price comparison but Jill Bruno (internet sales) was so easy to work with and after more local dealers wouldn't offer what I wanted or tried to play games that I could see right through -- I drove the hour. Everything was presented as promised and agreed. Fair deal on my trade in and very easy, seamless and respectful process. Highly recommend. More
