Zubair & Tony Mumtaz thanks for the great customer service. My husband went in for an oil change and came back with a new Tundra, couldn't be happier for him but even happier when he comes back the next day wit My husband went in for an oil change and came back with a new Tundra, couldn't be happier for him but even happier when he comes back the next day with a Rav4 for me!!! Zubair and Tony Mumtaz helped him get great deals on the vehicles that fit our lifestyles, they both were great people to deal with and very conscious of our finances and what we could afford. Felt at ease making this purchase I have purchased from this dealership twice now and will continue to return. Leslie led me to the car lot and listened to what I felt my needs were. He had the keys ready to show and knowledgeable about all of them. I bought a 2016 Toyota Scion iA in November. I was given a good trade in, and negotiation was minimal, as pricing was already reasonable. I had done my homework. Leslie was as excited as I was to give me all the details about this newest car in their fleet. I was comfortable I knew the car when I drove off. I give a shout out to Tina who reached out to me when I did some online viewing. She became part of my buying experience, even telling me of the Halloween costume party they were having and asking me to join the fun. Tony made the financing simple, showing off his new computer desk (the entire desk). Jim kept an eye on us to be sure we were getting all the information. I have utilized the service center with my previous purchase, easy drop off and pick up. With the travel I do, I knew my car was in good hands. More
