Given that, I found my entire experience dealing with the folks at Hartford Toyota a positive one. I'm savvy enough to know when I'm being manipulated by good salespeople, and these people are good, and yes, I was manipulated. But I don't mean that as a critique. They were good at their craft, sized me up as a cusotmer, and did what they knew needed to be done to engage and close. I can't fault them for that. They heard and responded to my concerns. I will shop there again, and I will recommend them to others. More
