Terrible, terrible experience We test drove a 2006 Nissan Xterra on Thursday. My husband spoke to Mr. Gabriel Ortiz on Saturday evening--Halloween, as it happened. My husband made an offer on the car, and Gabriel said he would speak to his manager. The manager came back with a counteroffer, and my husband said he would get back to him. He left a message on Sunday saying he would buy the truck for the amount offered by the sales manager. Monday my husband called to find out when he should bring in the check, and Mr. Ortiz said, "Oh--we sold that truck Saturday." Really? On Halloween? And shouldn't you have mentioned there was an offer on it? Terrible experience. More

From start to finish it was magical. Not many times do you go to a dealership and get treated like a $1,000.000 bucks! David took the time to meet my needs and teach me about all the new toys in my Rav4. My next step was to meet with finance. No one likes this part, but this is where I met Gloria Fernandez. She is truly a diamond in the rough. Totally relaxed while signing all the dreaded paperwork, especially with that cool IPAD. She made it a great experience. Lastly I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew Lombardo. He checked to make sure his staff did their job.
