Hartford Toyota IS AMAZING!! CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!! I went to Hartford Toyota looking to trade in my old car. yes it was that time, not something I'm sure many of us look forward too! From the second I I went to Hartford Toyota looking to trade in my old car. yes it was that time, not something I'm sure many of us look forward too! From the second I parked onto there lot I was just amazed, everything was very clean well kept, they had a huge selection of different vehicles to choose from so I started looking around. We all know now what happens next, a pushy salesman will be over any minute to put me into whatever vehicle that is best for them!! well that is totally wrong, I had this very nice extremely knowledgeable salesman GAETANO PAGLIANO come over to me introduced himself explained how Hartford Toyota works and how the cars are all parked out on there enormous lot, so that way it will make it a lot easier for me to look around. Gaetano was not pushy at all in fact very helpful. he was extremely concerned about what brought me in and what Our family's needs were in our next vehicle. WOW completely different from any were else we have ever been or looked at. I felt very comfortable here at that point I realized Gaetano really was concerned about myself/my family/ and my long term needs/happiness with our purchase. I thought we were there to buy a new car thinking a Toyota Camry witch was a gorgeous vehicle, se special edition, I thought we were all set. But me and my wife have always wanted a truck and we expressed that to Gaetano but had thought it was just too far out of reach. After Gaetano explained the pros/cons and benefits of the new Toyota Tacoma versus the new Toyota Camry we were looking at we just couldn't make up our minds. Gaetano gave us plenty of time to think about it, let us take both on a test drive, after that we were just sold. Gaetano and Marc Clemons helped us crunch numbers and just wanted to make sure we were happy in the long run without over stretching our budget. I could just go on and on about how happy we are with everyone over at Hartford Toyota. We decided to purchase a brand new Toyota Tacoma, Our dreams came true, we were able to even take it home that day. Thank you marc Clemons for making the registering and paperwork end and that we had the right packages that were best for our family a breeze. I would especially like to thank Gaetano Pagliano for being such a well rounded, knowledgeable, caring, and friendly salesman. Surpisingly Excellent Deal I arrived at the location to test drive and see what would be offered for a used low mile 2013 Prius that I had seen on the website. I did not expect I arrived at the location to test drive and see what would be offered for a used low mile 2013 Prius that I had seen on the website. I did not expect that I would be presented with an attractive deal, much less, a compellingly attractive deal. I test drove the car with Charles Johnson. He answered all of my questions. He made me an offer with a great price on the car. I did not intend to get my loan through Toyota. I was poised to work through my Credit Union. Charles came back with a rate that was significantly lower than what my Credit Union offered. The offer was so attractive, that I agreed to purchase the car. Gloria Fernandez processed the paperwork and was able to extend a more favorable interest rate. She was patient and answered all of my questions. I was treated respectfully through the entire process. When I took my car home, I realized that there were minor dents on the passenger side door and they where was no owner's manual. Charles communicated that he could no longer assist me, but put me in touch with Luis Plaza, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager. I did have to make several phone calls and make a few extra trips to the location, but again, I was treated respectfully and the dents were reduced and an owner's manual provided. I could not be more satisfied with the deal and would easily recommend this location to anyone in the market for a reliable car. More

What fun! I hadn't shopped for a car in 10yrs. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted and this time wanted to consider leasing. Dave Goduti was super appro I hadn't shopped for a car in 10yrs. He found a car that really jazzed me that I did not know about. It was a TC Release Series 9 Series. Jim Webster made the deal attractive by working with me and was even available for post initial visit questions, which, he welcomed. I was able to make a decision and come in the following day to finalize the deal. Andrew Lombardo even followed up with an email post my initial visit with Dave to make sure I had a good customer experience. Gloria Fernandez talked me through the lease and how the leasing process work to put me at ease. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go with Scion. And lastly, Chip Benyi followed up post pick up to let me know he was there when servicing was going to be needed. What a team! Thank you for making car shopping fun and informative. I left feeling content knowing I had worked with a great team who will also be there for me in the future. More
