Great experience The other day me and my wife went car shopping. After hours of looking and feeling like we were getting no where decided to call it day. On a whim we elected to stop into the Toyota Superstore. We were not expecting much but pushy sales people who only wanted our money. I am happy to say that was not the case. Our salesperson was Guy. What a great experience! We were made to feel like we were wanted for the RIGHT reasons without feeling pushed upon. Guy made it an unique experience with his understanding of our budget and need to accommodate our family. He was well versed and personalable in assisting us with our choices. To say the least we bought the car! Bravo Guy and thank you. More

Gabe was so helpful in finding me a few different rav4's that fit my criteria and fell in love with the green one that reminded me of my old rav4. "An Experience Second To None!" Gaetano Pagliano is head and shoulders above any car sales person that my wife, Susan and I have ever interacted with. When we visited Hartford Toyot Gaetano Pagliano is head and shoulders above any car sales person that my wife, Susan and I have ever interacted with. When we visited Hartford Toyota on Wednesday, September 23rd, we found Guy to be as helpful, informative, professional and genuine as we could have ever imagined. We came in with the intention of going home with a Camry LE that day and Guy made it as seamless as possible. He cut right to the chase and listened intently to every idea and question that we had. Guy promoted a very relaxed atmosphere for us and did not take a suggestive selling approach when it came time to discuss extras for our prospective purchase. He truly enjoys people and goes above and beyond to make sure that customers are appreciated and treated with the utmost of respect. Guy did make a recommendation that he thought would make sense to have, but in the end left the choice up to us with no pressure tactics what-so-ever. After completing our deal he proudly introduced me to Grant Rugar from Service and to Marc Clemons from Finance. Both are terrific people that are at the top of their skill sets so-to-speak, but who are also very focused on the high level of customer service required to promote the satisfaction that car shoppers expect to find in a dealership. Marc was on the same level as Guy when it came to the options for extra vehicle protection. Not once was he aggressive in the presentation of any of the offers. He merely introduced them, explained their advantages and then ultimately left the decision making up to my wife and I. We would also like to thank Tina Zarlenga for setting up the appointment to work with Guy at our request, while also covering for Jill Bruno whom I had emailed to inquire about getting things started for us the previous evening. As we wrapped up, we sat down with Jim from the Management Team to let him know that the process was complete from beginning to end with nothing left to decipher. My wife and I do put Guy on a very high pedestal as he is very worthy and deserving of such recognition. His skills and demeanor tell all in enhancing the image of Hartford Toyota. This dealership has a terrific core of people who enjoy what they do while personifying teamwork to perfection. It's a real gift and a blessing to have Hartford Toyota so close to home. The most easiest process ever! I needed and wanted a SUV that was good in the snow and had all the things I desired in a vehicle and I got that in my 2015 Toyota 4Runner. It was the best decision I made and I am so thrilled. The sales person Gabriel Ortiz made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions without any hesitation. He explained the difference between buying and leasing in a way that was easily comprehensible. He showed me how every thing worked in the vehicle and truly wanted to make sure I was pleased. Excellent customer service I have leased three vehicles from Hartford Toyota over the past nine years prior to leasing another vehicle that I just leased from them at the end of I have leased three vehicles from Hartford Toyota over the past nine years prior to leasing another vehicle that I just leased from them at the end of last month. I have always been happy with the way I was treated at this dealership and that was the reason that I returned. I had the pleasure this time of dealing with salesman Dave Goduti. Dave was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had no intention of leasing a new RAV 4 on the day of my visit, but we worked out a good deal and I ended up signing a new lease that day. Dave was very up front during the negotiation process and was not the typical pushy sales person. He was always available to answer any questions that arose during the process and made follow-up calls to me even after I picked up my new RAV 4. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, I highly recommend salesman Dave Goduti and the Hartford Toyota Superstore as the place to go. More
